1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ekonix mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ekonix is a financial research and data visualization tool that displays publicly available information from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) EDGAR database, including:

• Company financial statements and metrics
• Quarterly and annual filing data
• Institutional investor holdings (13F filings)
• Historical financial trends and charts

3. Not Investment Advice

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Ekonix is a research tool for informational and educational purposes only. The information provided through the App:

• Does NOT constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
• Should NOT be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions
• Is sourced from public SEC filings but may contain errors or omissions
• Does not reflect real-time market conditions or prices

We are not registered investment advisors, brokers, or financial planners. Always consult with qualified financial professionals before making investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

Ekonix offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month
• Annual Subscription: $49.99 per year

4.2 Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. Your subscription begins automatically after the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires. No charge during the trial period.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple's support channels. We do not have access to your payment information or the ability to issue refunds directly.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Scrape, extract, or misuse data from the App for commercial purposes
• Share your subscription access with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the App

6. Data Accuracy and Availability

6.1 Data Sources

All financial data is sourced from the SEC EDGAR database. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Data may be delayed or unavailable due to SEC filing schedules or technical issues.

6.2 Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the App but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The App may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical difficulties or server issues
• SEC EDGAR system outages
• Force majeure events

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and user interface, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The financial data displayed is public information from the SEC.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We provide the App "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or lost profits resulting from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for errors in SEC data or data transmission issues
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data and do not require user accounts. Your research data is stored locally on your device.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

14. Severability
