Data Deletion Instructions

Ekonix is designed to store your research data locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers.

Because Ekonix does not maintain user accounts or server-stored personal data, deletion is immediate and irreversible once the app is removed.

1. Delete Your Local App Data

To permanently delete all your Ekonix data (research lists, notes, ratings, tags, and preferences):

  1. Press and hold the Ekonix app icon on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap "Remove App"
  3. Tap "Delete App" to confirm

Important: This will permanently delete your local data. Since we do not store your data on our servers, we cannot restore it.

2. Cancel Your Subscription (Optional)

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. To cancel:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name (Apple ID)
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Ekonix" and choose "Cancel Subscription"

3. Server Data

We do not store personal data on our servers. Our backend temporarily caches publicly available SEC data to improve performance, but it is not linked to you.
